Hephaestus was the god of fire, metalwork, stone masonry, forges and the art of sculpture. He was Zeus and Hera's parthenogenic son and married to Aphrodite by Zeus to prevent a war of the gods fighting for her hand. He was a smithing god, making all of the weapons for Olympus and acting as a blacksmith for the gods.
Inspired by Hephaestus, the ring is handmade with resin and recycled materials. Its unique abstract design and the big rhinestone symbolize his talent in stone sculpting and metalwork, and its rose gold colour indicates the colour of heated metals.
